FRANÇAIS: j'ai attendu que le soleil soit assez haut derrière cette arche pour prendre cette photographie avec un objectif fisheye permettant d'en montrer toute la prestance en même temps que le canyon 300 mètres plus bas. J'étais couché sur le bord de la falaise avec ma caméra et était fortement impressionné par la splendeur du paysage qui paraissait devant moi. La couleur orangle de la falaise se réflétait encore sous l'arche malgré la hauteur du soleil.

ENGLISH: I waited for the sun to be higher in the sky, behind the arch, to make this photograph with a fisheye lens with the intent to show the impressive shape and color of this arch while showing simultaneously the canyon more than 300 meters below (1000'). I was layed down on the edge of the cliff with my camera and felt very impressed by the splendor of the scene in front of me. In spite of the sun being high in the sky, the orange color of the cliff was still reflecting under the arch.
